The guild held their annual Christmas Bazaar on Saturday 28th November in the Church Hall from 10:00 - 12:00.
You could not have asked for a more miserable day, raining, icy wind and grey skies, but Mauchline folk are made of hardier stuff, so a few drops of rain was neither here or there.
The ladies had all worked liked Trojans for the event, which was demonstrated by the number of stalls available and the quality of the goods on sale.
The support shown was very encouraging, being reflected by the number of people in attendance, and no-one was disappointed by the variety and choice of the stalls.
The choice of baking available for purchase or provided with tea/coffee was absolutely delicious and I can speak
from experience, as I felt it was one small way to show my support by devouring a few items, with a coffee.. fabulous.
